The GPS project provides interactive bioinformatic outputs to explore pneumococcal serotypes, lineages, and antibiotic resistance patterns over time and across geographical regions.
The GPS visualiser will compare the serotype and lineage distribution between countries and over the vaccine periods. This video will demonstrate the functions of the GPS visualiser and how to use it, including how to interpret the displayed values and visualisations, how to select the data group that you would like to see, etc.
This video will give you an overview of the country and lineage-specific analyses available on the GPS website. To learn how to use interactive visualisation tools such as Microreact and Phandango you could go to the drag and drop tools.
